In recent weeks, an important national conversation has taken shape regarding the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s strategic industrial sector. At Regulus Global, we welcome this dialogue and express our deep respect to the professionals, institutions, and citizens who are contributing to it with responsibility and vision. 

As a strategic investor and shareholder in Pretis and Binas, Regulus Global is proud to be part of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s industrial fabric. We recognize the significant progress that has already been made by local experts and leaders in modernizing production and strengthening capabilities. Our goal is to build upon that foundation in full partnership with those who share our commitment. 

Over the next three years, Regulus plans to invest more than 100 million U.S. dollars in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s defense manufacturing sector. This investment will focus on upgrading facilities with the latest technology, increasing production capacity, creating high-quality jobs, and establishing training programs that prepare the next generation of engineers and skilled workers. All of this investment will be focused within Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the clear objective of creating sustainable, high-quality employment, advancing local technological capacity, and ensuring that growth directly benefits the people and communities of this country. 

We are not here for short-term gain. We are here to contribute. Regulus brings capital, technical knowledge, and decades of global experience to support long-term industrial growth and international competitiveness. Our approach is based on collaboration, transparency, and mutual benefit. 

We fully support the institutional processes, regulatory oversight, and legal frameworks of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our presence is guided by respect for local governance and a shared desire for sustainable progress. 

This is the first time an American company has undertaken an initiative of this size and strategic importance in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s defense sector. While we recognize that challenges will arise, Regulus remains unwavering in its commitment. Our focus is not on relocating assets or operations elsewhere, but on expanding opportunity right here, within Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are committed to working side by side with our local partners to help unlock the full potential of this sector and contribute meaningfully to the country’s economic growth.
