As Chief Executive Officer, Joe oversees revenue generation, program management, operations, and human resources, driving organizational efficiency and profitability. Joe served in the U.S. Navy for nearly 34 years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Five (CWO5) in 2022. Joe’s extensive operational experience, including his time as Operations Officer at Underwater Construction Team ONE, equips him to see unique solutions to complex battlefield challenges.
