Regulus Global currently holds a 41.35% ownership stake in Pretis d.d., while the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina remains the majority shareholder with 51% ownership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Investment Plan Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proposed investment is structured to be implemented over a three-year period (2026\u20132028) and focuses on significantly enhancing Pretis d.d.\u2019s production capacity, technological sophistication, and global competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>The plan includes modernization of forging and heat treatment facilities, expansion of in-house explosive filling capabilities, deployment of automated material handling systems, and implementation of advanced digital tools including ERP, IoT platforms, and blockchain-based traceability solutions. These upgrades are designed to support production targets of up to 1 million artillery shells annually, with dual capability for both 152mm and 155mm calibers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Economic and Strategic Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This investment is expected to generate a substantial number of direct and indirect employment opportunities across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, IT, logistics, and construction.
